Arkada-MB: New possibilities of roll forming equipment for metal with thickness up to 6 mm
Engineers of «Arkada-MB» LLC have succesfully implemented an opne profile cold forming line project. A distinctive feature of the line is the ability of forming metal up to 6 mm thick.
Among other characteristics of the line — method of detail cutting to length before forming, sweep width up to 500 mm and a forming speed of up to 16 meters per minute plus a stacker, which allows to automatically form products in piles without the participation of personnel.
The line is compact, highly reliable, has good performance characteristics and high accuracy of the output product geometry.
